If your Squadron is hosting an event and would like to invite the Detachment Commander and Area Commander for your squadron, fill out the link below! We will process the request within 5 days.
The Detachment Adjutant has been reviewing squadrons and sadly, many of the Squadron's data is either old, outdated, or non existent. We have built a fully operational database that will help us track how your squadron is doing, where to send pertinent mail, emails, phone calls, and details on your squadron.
In the past accessing the Squadron Data Report, the Consolidated Squadron Report, and the Squadron Officer Report Form has been a challenge. We have changed this procedure!
Simply fill out the forms using only the links below. When you fill out the form online, it emails a copy to you, and the Detachment Adjutant. The Detachment Adjutant will file a copy with National for your Squadron. It also updates our database instantly for your Area Commanders! You can even edit any errors on the form after your submission. No more postage, no more sign and scan... ***Do not forget to file with your Post and the Detachment Adjutant will file with National as applicable***
Please do keep in mind these forms are required annually. These forms typically are filled out by a small percentage of squadrons and these forms are required per the bylaws. Unless/Until Squadron compliance with filing of forms, membership cards will not be released from Detachment to the Squadron (Per the Constitution and Bylaws).
