The Detachment of Arizona offers to it's members the PMP.
The Nickname: “Permanent Membership Plan” or “PMP”.
The Official Name Is: “S.A.L. Permanent Membership Plan, Detachment of Arizona”.
This pamphlet below is designed to give you an overview of the Sons of The American Legion, Detachment of Arizona’s Permanent Membership Plan. This packet also contains the Official Contract and Terms. The plan is similar to The American Legion’s National Paid Up For Life (PUFL) plan but has distinct differences.
Arizona’s SAL PMP program is not run or administered by the Sons of The American Legion National organization, nor The American Legion National organization. It is run and solely administered by the Detachment of Arizona, a program of The American Legion Department of Arizona; thus, this plan is only valid for membership in the Sons of The American Legion Detachment of Arizona, backed by The American Legion Department of Arizona. It holds no membership value outside of the Detachment of Arizona.
